# The Priori Legal Talent Network

### **Overview**

The Priori Legal Talent Network is the key value that in-house teams unlock when using Priori Talent Network — access to thousands of quality solo practitioners, boutique law firms and allied legal professionals across the US and internationally that have been thoroughly vetted and can be engaged directly through our platform.

Our Legal Talent Network emphasizes both breadth and depth of coverage, focusing on professionals who have both subject matter expertise and who operate technology-enabled practices, with an emphasis on those with former BigLaw or in-house experience and deep expertise in their given field.

### Vetting

To ensure our clients get access to quality professionals, all of the approved providers in our Network have been vetted using a three-stage vetting process that is comprised of the following steps:

**1.  Online Application** that automatically scores the provider based on criteria including their practice experience, employment history, education and writing ability, as well as proxies for characteristics that we see enable providers to be successful on our platform.&#x20;

**2.  Video Interview** with a member of our Legal Talent Team, where we assess how the applicant presents professionally, their approach to practice and whether they can speak to the subject matter they say they have experience with.&#x20;

**3.  Reference checks** from client and colleagues before admitting the professional to the network.

### Data Collection

Once admitted to the Priori network, professionals provide us with 1000s of data points on their background, from the practice areas they have proficiencies in, to the types of contracts they negotiate, to parties negotiated against and legislation they are familiar with, which enables us to quickly match them with the right projects based on that expertise.&#x20;

We also take continued feedback during client engagements and take appropriate Network management steps to ensure a consistent Network.

The goal in bringing this network together is to offer our in-house clients a single-source solution for all of their day-to-day legal work, no matter the practice area.
