Attorney Network
Overview
The Priori Attorney Network is what in-house teams get access to when using the Priori platform — a Network of quality solo practitioners, law firms and ALSPs across the US and internationally that have been thoroughly vetted and made available to our clients through our platform.
We have built our Attorney Network with attention to both breadth and depth of coverage, focusing on lawyers who have both subject matter expertise and who operate technology-enabled practices, with an emphasis on former BigLaw, in-house attorneys and deep expertise.

Vetting
To ensure our clients get access to quality counsel, all of the approved attorneys in our Network have been vetted using a three-stage vetting process that is comprised of the following steps:
1. Online Application that automatically scores attorneys based on criteria including their practice experience, employment history, education and writing ability, as well as proxies for characteristics that we see enable attorneys to be successful on our platform. This part of the process eliminates ~75% of applicants to our network.
2. Video Interview with a member of our attorney team, where we assess how the lawyer presents professionally, their approach to practice and whether they can speak to the subject matter they say they have experience with.
3. Reference checks from client and colleagues before admitting the lawyer to the network.
Data Collection
Once admitted to the Priori network, lawyers provide us with 1000s of data points on their background, from the practice areas they have proficiencies in, to the types of contracts they negotiate, to parties negotiated against and legislation they are familiar with, which enables us to quickly match attorneys with the right projects based on that expertise.
We also take continued feedback during client engagements and take appropriate Network management steps to ensure a consistent Network.
The goal in bringing this network together is to offer our in-house clients a single-source solution for all of their day-to-day legal work, no matter the practice area.
