Priori announced a $6.3 million Series A round in October 2020 from leading legal names and venture firms, including Hearst Corporation (website), Great Oaks Venture Capital (website), Jambhala, Tim Steinert (former General Counsel of Alibaba Group), Mindset Ventures (website), Bridge Venture Fund (website) and Orrick's Legal Technology Fund (website).

Seed Round

Priori raised $2.1 million in a seed round in December 2017. Investors included Hearst Corporation and Great Oaks Venture Capital.
