Submitting an RFP
To get started using Priori to find the right outside counsel for your next project, navigate to our webpage's RFP Builder.
From there, our interactive questionnaire will guide you in preparing a customized RFP for your legal project. The RFP form is designed to be quick and easy to use and takes no longer than 5 minutes to complete.
The following video shows how it works:
Rates.
Priori Network attorneys accommodate flat, hourly, success, mixed-fee or other rates on our platform.
One of the advantages of the depth of our attorney network is that it offers access to attorneys across a wide range of rate levels, so no matter your budget we can work to connect you with the right attorney for your requirements.
To the extent helpful:
- The average hourly rate on the Priori platform is $261/hr across all U.S. geographies and practice areas.
- For projects requiring volume support (commercial overflow and temporary placements), the average rates in our network are $4,500 - $5,500 per week ($110-$140 per hour) for 40 hours per week. For a 10-20 hour per week commitment the rates average between $150-$180 per hour.

The standard lifecycle of a Priori engagement: (1) The client submits an RFP (request for proposal); (2) Our data-driven matching engine extracts data from the RFP and looks for corresponding data points across attorney profiles; (3) The client receives a custom shortlist of best-fit attorneys; (4 & 5) Clients connect, meet & engage with attorneys directly through the Platform; (6) The selected attorney memorializes project details in a formal proposal, and; (7) The client hires and begins working with the attorney. Priori handles billing & invoicing directly through the Platform.
Once your RFP is submitted, our technology matches the structured data from your RFP with the data we have collected from the attorneys in our vetted network and prepares a customized shortlist of suitable attorney matches with the required experience and availability for your project.
The attorney profiles are then included in a proposal that is sent to you by email from [email protected] (see screenshot below). This typically occurs within 1-3 business days from the date your RFP is submitted.

On receipt of your proposal, you can view the suggested attorney profiles (see screenshots below) and assess whether they are suitable for your project.

Receiving Proposal Emails. The email linking you to your proposal is sent from [email protected] and titled "Priori Proposal." If you do not receive that email or an update from a Priori team member within 3 business days of your RFP being submitted, please check your junk folder or email [email protected] for support.
